Peter joined the business in 1989 from Commercial Union, was appointed a Director in 1996 and became Managing Director upon our founders’ retirement in 2005. Having an abundance of experience in all types of insurance, Peter now runs our thriving property owners and landlords’ schemes and our household business. He is married with two grown up daughters and when time permits, he enjoys playing golf, watching Queens Park Rangers Football Club, going to the gym and escaping to his holiday home on the Dorset coast.

John has worked in the insurance industry for 35 years; before joining us in 2009 he worked as Corporate Client Services Director for a national firm of Insurance Brokers. His meticulous, consultative approach to risk analysis ensures that his corporate, commercial and high net worth clients receive an excellent service. John is married with two daughters and can often be found kayaking on the local rivers or around the UK coastline.

Rob joined the business in 2013 following a successful career spanning 25 years as a stockbroker in the city. With a wealth of experience working at a senior level in large and small firms he brings both managerial and financial expertise to our business. He is married with a daughter, is a trustee of a Multi Academy Trust, a member of West Byfleet Golf Club and his other hobbies include cricket and cycling.

Richard has a wealth of experience and expertise dealing with corporate and commercial clients having worked for both national and local insurance brokers in his career. Through our large agency base including specialists in many areas and access into Lloyds markets, he has an extensive network of insurers with whom he is able to place business. As a client relationship manager, he looks after a broad range of customers from many industries and professions. His priority is ensuring that his clients’ businesses are adequately protected. His hobbies include cars, music, racket sports and cycling.

Andrea joined the company in 2020 after working for 36 years as an Underwriter for Allianz Insurance. Having many years’ experience within different sectors of the Insurance Industry gives her a wide knowledge of Insurance products, specializing in Household and Fleet. She is married, with one daughter and one grandchild. Her interests are horse riding having owned horses for 25 years, spending quality time with her grandson and walking her Shih Tzu dog Meg.

Mark has been advising on insurance matters for over 30 years, both as an underwriter at Legal & General and Zurich and as a broker. Mark joined us in April 2018 and brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, particularly on the commercial side and looks after the day-to-day insurance requirements of several of our larger clients from our office in Woking. Mark is married with a grown-up daughter and enjoys walking and visiting old houses and gardens, having been a member of National Trust and English Heritage for many years.

Rose spent four years at The University of the Creative Arts, studying Fine art. After leaving with a First in May 2022, she decided a change of scene was required and wanted a new challenge. Rose joined the company and is loving working with her Dad. She now studies bookkeeping and accountancy, working with Rob in Finance. She has now passed her first 5 Accountancy exams, and is eager to take the next 10!
